बलेन संविभागैश्नलू जय स्वर्ग जनेश्वर । यस्यैव बलमोजश्न स धर्मस्य प्रभुर्नर:

Transliteration

balena saṁvibhāgaiś ca jaya svargaṁ janeśvara | yasyaiva balam ojaś ca sa dharmasya prabhur naraḥ ||

Translation

«ບັດນີ້ ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຈະພັນລະນາສິ່ງທີ່ດີເລີດທີ່ສຸດໃນບັນດາໜ້າທີ່ຂອງກະສັດ. ໂອ ຈອມເຈົ້າແຫ່ງມະນຸດ! ຈົ່ງຊະນະໂລກສະຫວັນດ້ວຍພະລັງອັນໝັ້ນຄົງ ແລະດ້ວຍການແບ່ງປັນທານຢ່າງໃຈກວ້າງ. ເພາະຜູ້ຊາຍຜູ້ມີພະລັງແລະໂອຊະ (ພະລັງຊີວິດ) ຢ່າງແທ້ຈິງ ເທົ່ານັ້ນ ຈຶ່ງສາມາດທຳນຸບຳລຸງ ແລະປະພຶດທຳມະໄດ້».
