आपद्धर्मे राज्ञः नीतिः — Bharadvāja’s Counsel on Crisis-Statecraft (Śānti Parva 138)

परीक्ष्यकारी युक्तश्न स सम्यगुपपादयेत्‌ । देशकालावभिप्रेतो ताभ्यां फलमवाप्नुयात्‌

parīkṣyakārī yuktaśna sa samyag upapādayet | deśakālāv abhipreto tābhyāṃ phalam avāpnuyāt ||

ພີດສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: ຜູ້ໃດກະທຳຫຼັງຈາກໄດ້ກວດກາພິຈາລະນາຢ່າງຖີ່ຖ້ວນ ມີວິໄນໃນຄວາມປະພຶດ ແລະມີສະຕິຕື່ນຕົວຢູ່ເສມໍ ຄວນດຳເນີນກິດການຂອງຕົນໃຫ້ຖືກທາງ. ເມື່ອຄຳນຶງເຖິງສະຖານທີ່ແລະເວລາທີ່ປາດຖະໜາ ລາວໃຊ້ທັງສອງໃຫ້ເໝາະສົມ ແລະດ້ວຍການເກື້ອກູນຂອງມັນ ຈຶ່ງບັນລຸຜົນທີ່ຕົນປາດຖະໜາ.
