Transliteration

bhavantaḥ sumahābhāgās tasmāt pṛcchāmi saṁśayam | āśāvān puruṣo yaḥ syād antarīkṣam athāpi vā |

Translation

ພີດສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ທ່ານທັງຫຼາຍເປັນຜູ້ມີວາສະນາຍິ່ງ; ເພາະສະນັ້ນຂ້ອຍຈຶ່ງຖາມເພື່ອແກ້ຄວາມສົງໄສໃນໃຈ. ຖ້າຂ້າງໜຶ່ງເປັນຊາຍຜູ້ດໍາລົງຢູ່ດ້ວຍຄວາມຫວັງ ແລະອີກຂ້າງໜຶ່ງເປັນຟ້າອັນບໍ່ມີຂອບເຂດ—ໃນການວັດຄວາມຍິ່ງໃຫຍ່ຂອງໂລກ ທ່ານເຫັນວ່າອັນໃດໃຫຍ່ກວ່າ? ຂ້ອຍປາຖະໜາຟັງຕາມຄວາມຈິງ. ມາຮອດທີ່ນີ້ແລ້ວ ສິ່ງໃດຈະຍັງຫາຍາກ?»
