तमुत्तमेन शौचेन कर्मणा चाभिधारय

Transliteration

tam uttamena śaucena karmaṇā cābhidhāraya

Translation

ພີດສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: “ຈົ່ງຊະນະໃຈເຂົາດ້ວຍຄວາມບໍລິສຸດສູງສຸດໃນຄວາມປະພຶດ ແລະດ້ວຍການກະທໍາອັນສູງສົ່ງ. ດ້ວຍຄວາມປະພຶດອັນບໍ່ດ່າງພ້ອມນັ້ນ ຈົ່ງປຸກໃຫ້ເກີດຄວາມໄວ້ວາງໃຈຂອງກະສັດວິເດຫະຕໍ່ເຈົ້າ. ກະສັດວິເດຫະເປັນຜູ້ສັດຊື່ຕໍ່ສັດຈະປະຕິຍານ; ດັ່ງນັ້ນພຣະອົງຈະປະທານຊັບສິນໃຫ້ເຈົ້າແນ່ນອນ. ຖ້າເປັນເຊັ່ນນັ້ນ ເຈົ້າຈະເປັນຫຼັກທີ່ເຊື່ອຖືໄດ້ສໍາລັບສັດທັງປວງ ແລະເປັນແຂນຂວາຂອງກະສັດ—ເປັນເສົາຄໍ້າສໍາຄັນໃນການປົກຄອງ.”
