उत्साहश्व कृतो नित्यं मया दिष्ट्या युयुत्सता । दिष्ट्या चास्मिन्‌ हतो युद्धे निहतज्ञातिबान्धव:

Translation

«ເປັນພອນທີ່ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າໄດ້ຮັກສາຄວາມຮື້ຮົມຢູ່ເສມອ ໂດຍມີໃຈປາຖະໜາຈະຮົບໃນສະໜາມ. ແລະເປັນພອນອີກດ້ວຍ ທີ່ໃນສົງຄາມນີ້ ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຖືກສັງຫານ ຫຼັງຈາກເຫັນຍາດພີ່ນ້ອງແລະມິດສະຫາຍລົ້ມຕາຍ—ແລະຕົນເອງກໍສະຫຼະຊີວິດໃນສະໜາມຮົບ»។
