abhiṣicya tato devā varuṇaṃ yādasāṃ patim

Translation

ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ຕໍ່ມາ ເທວະທັງຫຼາຍໄດ້ປະກອບພິທີອະພິເສກ ແລະສະຖາປະນາ ວະຣຸນະ—ເຈົ້າແຫ່ງສັດນ້ຳ—ໃຫ້ເປັນອະທິປະໄຕເຫນືອນ້ຳທັງປວງ. ການກະທຳນີ້ຊີ້ໃຫ້ເຫັນຫຼັກທຳມະແຫ່ງລະບຽບໂລກ: ອຳນາດຖືກຢືນຢັນດ້ວຍພິທີ ແລະຈັດສັນຕາມໜ້າທີ່ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ໂລກທຸກດ້ານຖືກປົກຄອງແລະສົມດຸນ.
