Transliteration

sarveṣāṁ bhūtasaṅghānāṁ harṣānnādaḥ samutthitaḥ | apūrayat lokāṁs trīn vare datte mahātmanā ||

Translation

ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ເມື່ອມະຫາອາດຕະມານັ້ນໄດ້ປະທານພອນແກ່ເຈົ້າຊາຍນ້ອຍ ສຽງໂຮ່ຮ້ອງດ້ວຍຄວາມຍິນດີຂອງຫມູ່ສັດທັງປວງກໍເກີດຂຶ້ນ ແລະກັງວານກ້ອງໄປທົ່ວສາມໂລກ. ຂະນະນີ້ຊີ້ໃຫ້ເຫັນວ່າ ຄວາມໃຈກວ້າງຂວາງອັນຖືກທຳມະ ແລະການເຄົາລົບຄຳຂໍທີ່ສົມຄວນ ແມ່ນຖືກສັນລະເສີນວ່າເປັນການກະທຳທີ່ຄ້ຳຈຸນລະບຽບແຫ່ງຈັກກະວານ.
