अश्वत्थाम-शापः, परिक्षिद्भविष्यत्, मणि-न्यासः

Aśvatthāman’s Curse, Parikṣit’s Future, and the Mani’s Restitution

उक्तवत्यसि तीव्राणि वाक्‍्यानि पुरुषोत्तमम्‌ । क्षत्रधर्मानुरूपाणि तानि संस्मर्तुमहसि,“जब राजा युधिष्छिर शान्तिके लिये संधि कर लेना चाहते थे, उस समय तुमने पुरुषोत्तम श्रीकृष्णसे बड़े कठोर वचन कहे थे--“गोविन्द! (मेरे अपमानको भुलाकर शत्रुओंके साथ संधि की जा रही है, इसलिये मैं समझती हूँ कि) न मेरे पति हैं, न पुत्र हैं, न भाई हैं और न तुम्हीं हो'। क्षत्रियरर्मके अनुसार कहे गये उन वचनोंको तुम्हें आज स्मरण करना चाहिये

ukta-vaty asi tīvrāṇi vākyāni puruṣottamam | kṣatra-dharmānurūpāṇi tāni saṁsmartum arhasi ||

ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: “ເຈົ້າເຄີຍເວົ້າຄໍາຮຸນແຮງຕໍ່ພຣະປຸຣຸສົດຕະມະ (ພຣະກຣິດສະນະ). ຄໍາເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນສອດຄ່ອງກັບທໍາຂອງກະສັດນັກຮົບ; ເຈົ້າຄວນລະລຶກມັນໃນບັດນີ້.”
