न मे कश्चिद्‌ विजानीयान्मुखमद्येति भारत । मुखमालिप्य तेनासौ सहदेवो5पि गच्छति,भारत! “आज इस दुर्दिनमें कोई मेरे मुँहको पहचान न ले” यही सोचकर सहदेव अपने मुँहमें मिट्टी पोतकर जा रहे हैं

na me kaścid vijānīyān mukham adyeti bhārata | mukham ālipya tenāsau sahadevo 'pi gacchati, bhārata ||

ວິດູຣະກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ພາຣະຕະ, ຂໍໃຫ້ບໍ່ມີໃຜຮູ້ຈັກໜ້າຂ້ອຍໃນມື້ນີ້»। ດ້ວຍຄວາມຄິດນັ້ນ ສະຫະເທວະກໍອອກເດີນທາງ ໂດຍທາດິນທາໜ້າ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ຜ່ານໄປໂດຍບໍ່ໃຫ້ຜູ້ໃດສັງເກດ ໃນວັນອັນຊົ່ວຮ້າຍນີ້—ເປັນການປິດບັງຢ່າງຮອບຄອບທ່າມກາງອັນຕະລາຍ ແລະຄວາມວຸ່ນວາຍແຫ່ງທຳມະ.»
