दुर्योधन उवाच
Ritual splendor and rightful sovereignty can provoke envy in the unrighteous; the ethical warning is that resentment toward dharmic success, rather than self-restraint and discernment, becomes a seed of adharma and conflict.
Duryodhana describes the ceremonial consecration connected with Yudhiṣṭhira’s royal elevation: Kṛṣṇa takes an excellent conch and performs the abhiṣeka using sea-water kept in a richly jeweled golden vessel, highlighting the grandeur that fuels Duryodhana’s jealousy.
