पूर्णचन्द्रनिकाशेन मूर्श्निच्छत्रेण भारत । प्रियमाणेन समरे श्रीमच्छतशलाकिना

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca |

pūrṇacandranikāśena mūrdhni cchatreṇa bhārata |

priyamāṇena samare śrīmacchataśalākinā ||

Translation

ສັນຊະຍະກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ພາຣະຕະ, ເຈົ້າແຫ່ງປະຊາຊົນ, ໃນກາງສົງຄາມ ມີຮົ່ມພະຣາຊະສີຂາວກາງອອກເທິງສີສະຂອງກັນນະ—ສະຫວ່າງດັ່ງດວງຈັນເຕັມດວງ ແລະງາມດ້ວຍຊ່ອງຄ້ຳທີ່ສ່ອງປະກາຍຮ້ອຍອັນ. ລາວເຫັນເຈົ້າດ້ວຍສາຍຕາສຽງຂ້າງອັນແນ່ວແນ່; ແນ່ນອນວ່າລາວກຳລັງຈະພຸ່ງເຂົ້າມາດ້ວຍຄວາມໄວອັນຍອດ ເພື່ອປະຈັນໜ້າເຈົ້າໃນສະໜາມຮົບ»។
