Karṇa’s Pressure on the Pāñcālas; Duryodhana Disabled; Arjuna’s Counter-Advance
यावद् गत्वा पतत्येष काको मामिति चिन्तयन् । चक्रांग कौएको लाँधकर आगे बढ़ चुका था तो भी यह सोचकर उसकी प्रतीक्षा करने लगा कि यह कौआ भी उड़कर मेरे पास आ जाय || ५० $ ।।
yāvad gatvā pataty eṣa kāko mām iti cintayan | cakrāṅgaḥ kaścid ālambhya agre baḍh cukā tha to 'pi evaṃ cintayitvā tasya pratīkṣām akarot—"ayaṃ kāko 'pi uḍḍīya mama samīpam āgamiṣyati" || tataḥ kāko bhṛśaṃ śrānto haṃsam abhyāgamat tadā |
