यथा श्येनस्य पतन वनेष्वामिषगृद्धिन: । तथैवासीदभीसारस्तस्य द्रोणं जिघांसत:

Transliteration

yathā śyenasyā patanaṁ vaneṣv āmiṣa-gṛddhinaḥ | tathaivāsīd abhīsāras tasya droṇaṁ jighāṁsataḥ ||

Translation

ສັນຊະຍະກ່າວວ່າ: ດັ່ງເຫຍື່ອຫຼວງທີ່ພຸ້ນລົງໃນປ່າ ດ້ວຍຄວາມຫິວເນື້ອເປັນແຮງຂັບ ການພຸ້ນເຂົ້າຂອງລາວກໍເປັນເຊັ່ນນັ້ນ—ການຮຸກຮານອັນຫວານຫາຍ ເກີດຈາກເຈດຈຳນົງຈະປະຫານດໂຣນາ. ພາບປຽບນີ້ຊີ້ໃຫ້ເຫັນວ່າ ໃນໄຟສົງຄາມ ເປົ້າໝາຍອາດແຂງກະດ້າງເປັນຄວາມມຸ່ງໝັ້ນແບບນັກລ່າ ກົດທັບຄວາມຍັບຍັ້ງ ແລະການພິຈາລະນາ.
