Educational Q&A

The verse highlights disciplined power: even overwhelming force (celestial weapons) is framed as controlled, purposeful action in a dharmic context—Arjuna’s resolve is not random violence but a vow-bound effort to overcome obstruction and restore moral order in war.

Arjuna declares that he will counter and destroy, using the Brahmā-weapon, the many missiles launched by the warriors guarding Jayadratha, asserting that the listener will witness his ability to break through their protective barrage.
