punas tu ratham āsthāya dhanur ādāya cāparam

ສັນຊະຍະເວົ້າວ່າ: ແລ້ວອີກຄັ້ງ ລາວຂຶ້ນລົດຮົບອີກເທື່ອ ແລະຈັບຄັນທະນູອີກອັນໜຶ່ງ ກຽມຈະກັບເຂົ້າສູ່ການປະຈັນໜ້າ—ເປັນພາບແຫ່ງຄວາມມຸ່ງມັ່ນທີ່ຟື້ນຄືນ ທ່າມກາງພາລະອັນບໍ່ຢຸດຢັ້ງຂອງສົງຄາມ ທັງທີ່ຖືກທຳນອງທຳ ແລະທີ່ຜິດທຳນອງທຳ.
