उत्क्रोशन्नर्जुनश्वैव सानुक्रोशस्तमाव्रजत् । क्रोशमाने<र्जुने चैव पार्थिवेषु च सर्वश:
utkrośann arjunaś caiva sānukrośas tam āvrajat | krośamāne 'rjune caiva pārthiveṣu ca sarvaśaḥ ||
ສັນຊະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ອາຣະຈຸນກໍຮ້ອງດັງໆ ດ້ວຍໃຈອ່ອນໂຍນແຫ່ງຄວາມເມດຕາ ແລ້ວເຄື່ອນເຂົ້າໄປຫາລາວ. ແລະເມື່ອອາຣະຈຸນຄ່ຳຄວນຄຳຮ້ອງໄຫ້ ສຽງຄວາມທຸກລຳບາກກໍລຸກຂຶ້ນທົ່ວທຸກດ້ານໃນຫມູ່ກະສັດທັງຫມົດ.
संजय उवाच

Arjuna, crying out in anguish, approaches a particular person (‘him’), and his lament triggers or coincides with a general outcry among the assembled kings across the battlefield.
