कुलीनार्यजनोपेतं तुष्टपुष्टमनुद्धतम्‌ । कृतमानोपचारं च यशस्वि च मनस्वि च

kulīnāryajanopetaṁ tuṣṭapuṣṭam anuddhatam | kṛtamānopacāraṁ ca yaśasvi ca manasvi ca

ສັນຊະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ລາວມີຜູ້ຄົນຊັ້ນສູງ ແລະຜູ້ມີກຳເນີດດີເປັນຜູ້ຕິດຕາມ—ພໍໃຈ ແລະອຸດົມສົມບູນ ແຕ່ບໍ່ຫຍິ່ງຍະໂສ. ລາວເປັນຜູ້ທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບກຽດ ແລະການປະຕິບັດອັນສຸພາບຕາມຄວນ; ທັງມີຊື່ສຽງ ແລະມີໃຈສູງ»។
