तथा हया हयारोहैस्ताडिता: प्रासतोमरै: । तेन तेनाभ्यवर्तन्त कुर्वन्तो व्याकुला दिश:
tathā hayā hayārohais tāḍitāḥ prāsatomaraiḥ | tena tenābhyavartanta kurvanto vyākulā diśaḥ ||
ສັນຈະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ໃນທຳນອງດຽວກັນ, ມ້າທີ່ຖືກນັກຂີ່ມ້າທຳຮ້າຍດ້ວຍຫອກຍາວ ແລະຫອກຂວ້າງ (ປຣາສ ແລະ ໂຕມະຣະ) ຈົນບາດເຈັບ, ກໍພຸ້ນໄປທາງນັ້ນທາງນີ້ ເຮັດໃຫ້ທິດທັງປວງວຸ່ນວາຍສັບສົນ.
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights the collateral suffering and disorder produced by war: even animals bound to human warfare are wounded and driven into panic. It implicitly invites ethical reflection on the wider consequences of violence beyond the immediate combatants.
Sañjaya describes the battlefield where horses, struck by lances and javelins thrown by mounted warriors, bolt and run in different directions, creating confusion across the field.
