Nirmaryāda-saṃgrāma-varṇana — The Unbounded Clash and Bhīṣma’s Rallying Presence

आसुरीं योनिमापन्ना मूढा जन्मनि जन्मनि । मामप्राप्यैव कौन्तेय ततो यान्त्यधमां गतिम्‌,हे अर्जुन! वे मूढ़ मुझको न प्राप्त होकर जन्म-जन्ममें आसुरी योनिको प्राप्त होते हैं, फिर उससे भी अति नीच गतिको ही प्राप्त होते हैं अर्थात्‌ घोर नरकोंमें पड़ते हैं

āsurīṁ yonim āpannā mūḍhā janmani janmani | mām aprāpyaiva kaunteya tato yānty adhamāṁ gatim ||

ໂອ ບຸດແຫ່ງກຸນຕີ! ສັດທີ່ຫຼົງຜິດເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນ ຕົກຢູ່ໃນຄັນກຳເນີດອາສຸຣ ຊ້ຳໆທຸກຊາດທຸກຊາດ ແຕ່ບໍ່ອາດເຂົ້າເຖິງຂ້າ; ແລ້ວພວກເຂົາຍັງລົງໄປສູ່ສະພາບທີ່ຕ່ຳກວ່ານັ້ນອີກ—ໄປສູ່ຊະຕາກຳນະລົກອັນສາຫັດ. ຈຸດທາງຈັນຍາແມ່ນວ່າ ຄວາມບໍ່ຮູ້ທີ່ຍືດຢືນ ແລະ ການປະຕິເສດຄວາມດີອັນເທວະພາບຢ່າງຈົ່ງໃຈ ຈະເຮັດໃຫ້ເສັ້ນທາງຄຸນທຳຕົກຕ່ຳແຂງຕົວ ກຳນົດການເກີດໃໝ່ ແລະ ຄວາມທຸກຂ໌.

Educational Q&A

Repeated delusion and rejection of the divine path leads to repeated births in degraded conditions (āsurī yoni) and culminates in even lower destinies; moral and spiritual choices shape one’s trajectory across lives.

In the Gītā discourse on the battlefield, the Lord addresses Arjuna (Kaunteya) and warns about the fate of those who remain spiritually deluded: they do not attain the Lord and instead continue in demonic embodiments and descend further into suffering states.
