वृक्षा: पतन्ति चैत्याश्व ग्रामेषु नगरेषु च । बालू और कंकड़ खींचकर बरसानेवाले भयानक बवंडर उठकर वृक्षोंको उखाड़ डालते हैं। गाँवों तथा नगरोंमें वृक्ष और चैत्यवृक्ष प्रचण्ड आँधियों तथा बिजलीके आघातोंसे टूटकर गिर रहे हैं

Transliteration

vṛkṣāḥ patanti caityāśva grāmeṣu nagareṣu ca |

Translation

ວະຍາສະກ່າວວ່າ: «ຕົ້ນໄມ້ກຳລັງລົ້ມລົງ ທັງໃນບ້ານແລະໃນເມືອງ. ຕົ້ນໄມ້ສັກສິດຕາມສະຖານບູຊາກໍຖືກພາຍຸວົງວຽນອັນນ່າຢ້ານ ທີ່ຂວ້າງຊາຍແລະຫີນກອນ ຖອນອອກຈາກຮາກ. ລົມພາຍຸອັນຮຸນແຮງ ພ້ອມກັບການຟາດຟັນຂອງຟ້າຜ່າ ກຳລັງຫັກໂຄ່ນຕົ້ນໄມ້ທຸກແຫ່ງ—ເປັນລາງຮ້າຍວ່າລະບຽບແຫ່ງທຳມະກຳລັງຖືກສັ່ນຄອນ ເມື່ອສົງຄາມໃຫຍ່ໃກ້ເຂົ້າມາ»។
