Āśvamedha-dīkṣā-nirdeśaḥ — Scheduling the Initiation and Assigning Protection for the Horse
युधिष्ठिरो धर्मसुतो व्यासं वचनमत्रवीत् | फिर वृष्णि एवं अन्धकवंशी वीरोंके साथ वे उनकी सेवामें बैठ गये। वहाँ नाना प्रकारकी बातें करके धर्मपुत्र युधिष्ठिरने व्यासजीसे इस प्रकार कहा--
yudhiṣṭhiro dharmasuto vyāsaṃ vacanam atravīt |
ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ຢຸທິສຖິຣະ ບຸດແຫ່ງທຳມະ ໄດ້ກ່າວຖ້ອຍຄຳຕໍ່ພຣະລິສີ ວຽາສະ. ຕໍ່ຈາກນັ້ນ ພຣະອົງໄດ້ນັ່ງຢູ່ໃນການປະຄອງຮັບໃຊ້ທ່ານ ພ້ອມກັບວີຣະບຸລຸດແຫ່ງວົງສາວຶຣສະນິ ແລະ ອັນທະກະ. ຫຼັງຈາກສົນທະນາຫຼາຍປະເພດແລ້ວ ທຳມະບຸດ ຢຸທິສຖິຣະ ໄດ້ກ່າວຕໍ່ວຽາສະດັ່ງນີ້—ເພື່ອເປີດທາງສູ່ຄຳແນະນຳອັນຕັ້ງຢູ່ເທິງທຳມະ ແລະ ຄວາມປະພຶດທີ່ຖືກຕ້ອງ.
