प्रत्यब्रुवं महाबाहो यथाश्रुतमरिंदम । शत्रुदमन महाबाहु माधव! उस ब्राह्मणके इस प्रकार पूछनेपर मैंने जैसा सुना था वैसा ही उसे बताया

Transliteration

pratyabruvaṃ mahābāho yathāśrutam ariṃdama | śatrudamana mahābāhu mādhava! |

Translation

ຂ້ອຍໄດ້ຕອບ ໂອ ຜູ້ມີແຂນແຂງກ້າ, ຕາມທີ່ຂ້ອຍໄດ້ຍິນມາຢ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງ, ໂອ ຜູ້ປາບສັດຕູ. ໂອ ມາທະວະ, ເມື່ອພຣາຫມັນນັ້ນຖາມຂ້ອຍແບບນີ້ ຂ້ອຍກໍໄດ້ເລົ່າໃຫ້ລາວຟັງຕາມທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບຖ່າຍທອດມາ ໂດຍບໍ່ບິດເບືອນແຕ່ຢ່າງໃດ.
