ऋषिपुत्रो मनीषी स राजा चक्रेडस्य तद् वच:
ṛṣiputro manīṣī sa rājā cakredasya tad vacaḥ
ນາຣະດະກ່າວວ່າ: ກະສັດຜູ້ມີປັນຍານັ້ນ ຜູ້ເປັນບຸດແຫ່ງລຶສີ ໄດ້ກ່າວຖ້ອຍຄໍານັ້ນແກ່ ຈັກເຣດາສະ ດ້ວຍຄວາມຮອບຄອບ ແລະ ຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບແຫ່ງພຣະຣາຊາ.
नारद उवाच
Wisdom and dharma are conveyed through measured speech: a ruler—especially one shaped by a sage’s lineage—must counsel others with discernment, aiming at ethical order rather than impulse.
