ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂດຍພຣະກະລຸນາຂອງພຣະອົງ, ໂອ ພຣະຜູ້ມີພຣະພາກ, ກະສັດຜູ້ນີ້ໄດ້ພົ້ນຈາກຄວາມໂສກເສົ້າແລ້ວ».
