Vidura’s Message to Dhṛtarāṣṭra: Authorization for Dāna and Public Welfare (विदुरवाक्यम्—दानानुज्ञा)
त्वं चापि राजशार्दूल तपसो*न््ते श्रिया वृतः । गान्धारीसहितो गन्ता गति तेषां महात्मनाम्,नृपश्रेष्ठ॒ तुम भी तपस्याके अन्तमें तेजसे सम्पन्न हो गान्धारीके साथ उन्हीं महात्माओंकी गति प्राप्त करोगे
tvaṁ cāpi rājaśārdūla tapaso 'nte śriyā vṛtaḥ | gāndhārī-sahito gantā gati teṣāṁ mahātmanām ||
ນາຣະດະກ່າວວ່າ: «ທ່ານເອງກໍເຊັ່ນກັນ, ໂອ ເສືອໃນບັນດາກະສັດ, ເມື່ອຕະປະຂອງທ່ານສິ້ນສຸດ ທ່ານຈະຖືກຫໍ້ຫຸ້ມດ້ວຍສະຫວ່າງໄສອັນເທວະ. ພ້ອມກັບ ຄານທາຣີ, ທ່ານຈະໄປສູ່ຄວາມໝາຍປາຍທາງດຽວກັນກັບທີ່ມະຫາອາດຕະມາເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນໄດ້ບັນລຸ».
