स चेन्मानुषतां याति मेधावी तत्र जायते । श्रुतं प्रज्ञानुगं यस्य कल्याणमुपजायते

Transliteration

sa cen mānuṣatāṁ yāti medhāvī tatra jāyate | śrutaṁ prajñānugaṁ yasya kalyāṇam upajāyate ||

Translation

ຖ້າຜູ້ຊາຍຜູ້ນັ້ນຈາກສະຫວັນກັບຄືນມາເກີດເປັນມະນຸດອີກ ລາວຈະເກີດເປັນຜູ້ມີປັນຍາແຫຼມຄົມ. ຄວາມຮູ້ຈາກຄຳພີຈະຕາມຫຼັງປັນຍາອັນຮອບຄອບຂອງລາວ; ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ຄວາມມົງຄຸນ ແລະຄວາມສຸກສະບາຍຈຶ່ງເກີດຂຶ້ນແກ່ລາວຢູ່ເລື້ອຍໆ.
