कश्यप उवाच
Negligence and wrongdoing (pramāda and aparādha) bring consequences even to the powerful; the moral force of tapas and the authority of sages can overturn divine security and compel accountability.
Bṛhaspati alerts Indra that, due to Indra’s fault and the ascetic power of the Vālakhilya seers, Kaśyapa and Garuḍa (son of Vinatā) are approaching to take amṛta; Garuḍa is described as immensely strong and able to change form at will.
