ते5चिरेणैव कालेन सर्वशस्त्रविशारदा: । बभूवु: कौरवा राजन् पाण्डवाश्वलामितौजस:,राजन्! अमिततेजस्वी पाण्डव तथा कौरव--सभी थोड़े ही समयमें सम्पूर्ण शस्त्र- विद्यामें परम प्रवीण हो गये
te 'cireṇaiva kālena sarvaśastraviśāradāḥ | babhūvuḥ kauravā rājan pāṇḍavāś cāmitaujasaḥ ||
ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ພະຣາຊາ, ໃນເວລາບໍ່ດົນ ພວກກົວຣະວະໄດ້ກາຍເປັນຜູ້ຊໍານານຢ່າງສົມບູນໃນອາວຸດ ແລະ ວິຊາການຮົບທຸກປະເພດ; ແລະພວກປານດະວະ—ຜູ້ມີພະລັງອັນຫາຂອບເຂດບໍ່ໄດ້—ກໍໄດ້ບັນລຸຄວາມເປັນເຈົ້າແຫ່ງວິຊາອາວຸດຢ່າງຄົບຖ້ວນເຊັ່ນກັນ».
