ध्यानयज्ञः, संसार-विष-निरूपणम्, पाशुपतयोगः, परा-अपरा विद्या, चतुर्वस्था-विचारः (अध्यायः ८६)

तानि भाग्यान्यशुद्धानि संत्यजेच्च धनानि च तस्मादष्टगुणं भोगं तथा षोडशधा स्थितम्

tāni bhāgyānyaśuddhāni saṃtyajecca dhanāni ca tasmādaṣṭaguṇaṃ bhogaṃ tathā ṣoḍaśadhā sthitam

ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ຄວນສະລະທິ້ງໂຊກລາບອັນບໍ່ບໍລິສຸດເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນ ແລະຊັບສິນທີ່ເກີດຈາກມັນ. ຈາກການປະພຶດທີ່ບໍລິສຸດຕາມທຳມະນີ້ ການເສບສົມຈະເປັນແບບອົດຕະກຸນ 8 ປະການ ແລະຖືກສະຖາປະນາເປັນ 16 ຂັ້ນ—ລະອຽດ ແລະເປັນລະບຽບ—ພາຍໃຕ້ວິໄນທີ່ນຳປາຊຸອອກຈາກປາຊະ ໄປຫາ ປະຕິ ພຣະສິວະ.

It frames wealth and enjoyment as needing śuddhi (purity). In Linga worship, offerings and livelihood should be dharmic; impure gain strengthens pāśa (bondage), while purified conduct makes the fruits fit to be offered back to Śiva (Pati) and spiritually uplift the paśu (soul).

Śiva-tattva is implied as the ordering principle beyond mere bhoga: He is Pati, toward whom experience must be refined. When fortune and wealth are purified or renounced, the soul’s experiences become structured and elevating, aligning with Śiva’s governance rather than binding compulsion.
