ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ຜູ້ຮູ້ນິຕິຄວນແຕ່ງຕັ້ງຂຸນນາງ/ລັດຖະມົນຕີໃໝ່ ທີ່ໄດ້ຝຶກຝົນດ້ານການປົກຄອງລັດ.
