Transliteration

pānaṃ pānīyaṃ ca auṣadhena vyākhyātam ।

Translation

ເຄື່ອງດື່ມ ແລະ ນ້ຳດື່ມ ຕ້ອງຖືກຄວບຄຸມຕາມຂັ້ນຕອນດຽວກັນກັບຢາ (ມີການກວດສອບຢືນຢັນເທົ່າທຽມກັນ)។
