Transliteration
pādaguṇahīnaḥ parimitārthaḥ
Translation
(ຖ້າ) ຂາດຄວາມສາມາດທີ່ຈຳເປັນ (ຄວນມອບໝາຍໃຫ້) ເປົ້າໝາຍຈຳກັດ (ແລະ ອຳນາດຈຳກັດ)۔
