तेषां किल्बिषमदण्डकरा हरन्त्ययोगक्षेमावहाश्च प्रजानाम् ॥ कZ_०१.१३.०८ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kilbiṣamadaṇḍakarā harantyayogakṣemāvahāśca prajānām

Translation

ແຕ່ກະສັດເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນຈະຕົກບາບ ຖ້າເກັບຄ່າປັບ ແລະ ພາສີ ໂດຍບໍ່ນຳພາສະຫວັດດີການ ແລະ ຄວາມປອດໄພໃຫ້ແກ່ປະຊາຊົນ।
