Transliteration

mātsyanyāyābhibhūtāḥ prajā manuṃ vaivasvataṃ rājānaṃ cakrire

Translation

ເມື່ອຖືກຄອບງໍາໂດຍ ‘ກົດໝາຍຂອງປາ’ (ອໍານາດກິນສິດ) ປະຊາຊົນຈຶ່ງແຕ່ງຕັ້ງ ມະນຸ ໄວວັສວະຕະ ເປັນກະສັດ.
