Transliteration

śauca-hetor amātyānām etat kauṭilya-darśanam.

Translation

ນີ້ຕາມທັດສະນະຂອງ ກໍຕິລະຍະ ແມ່ນເພື່ອໃຫ້ແນ່ໃຈເຖິງຄວາມຊື່ສັດ/ຄວາມບໍລິສຸດຂອງຂ້າລາຊການທັງຫຼາຍ।
