Transliteration

tṛtīye hastinaḥ śreṇyaḥ praśāstā ca

Translation

ໃນວົງລ້ອມທີສາມ ໃຫ້ມີຊ້າງ, ກອງກຳລັງຈາກສະມາຄົມວິຊາຊີບ (guild), ແລະ ຫນ່ວຍທີ່ຖືກຄວບຄຸມ/ຈັດລະບຽບແລ້ວ.
