तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

ການລະເມີດຂໍ້ຈໍາກັດນັ້ນ ນໍາໄປສູ່ໂທດສູງສຸດ—ທັງຕໍ່ຜູ້ກະທໍາ ແລະຜູ້ສັ່ງ/ກໍ່ໃຫ້ກະທໍາ; ແລະຍັງຕ້ອງຮັບຜິດຊອບດ້ວຍ ສໍາລັບອັນຕະລາຍຫຼືການເສຍຊີວິດທີ່ເກີດຂຶ້ນໃນລະຫວ່າງການກະທໍານັ້ນ.
