राज्ञश्च प्रकृतीनां च कल्पयेदन्तरा स्थितः ॥ कZ_०४.१०.१८च्द् ॥
Transliteration
rājñaśca prakṛtīnāṃ ca kalpayedantarā sthitaḥ
Translation
ໂດຍຢືນຢູ່ກາງ (ລະຫວ່າງສອງຝ່າຍ) ລາວຄວນປັບໃຫ້ເໝາະ (ການລົງໂທດ) ໂດຍຄຳນຶງເຖິງທັງພະມະຫາກະສັດ ແລະປະຊາຊົນ (ອົງປະກອບຂອງລັດ) ທັງສອງຝ່າຍ។
