Transliteration

kośādhiṣṭhitasya kośāvacchede ghātaḥ

Translation

ສໍາລັບເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ຜູ້ຄຸ້ມຄອງຄັງເງິນ (ຄົດສົມບັດ) ຖ້າຄັງເງິນຖືກທໍາໃຫ້ຫຼຸດລົງ/ຂາດດຸນ (defalcation) ໂທດແມ່ນປະຫານຊີວິດ।
