ໂດຍສິ່ງນີ້ ຕໍາແໜ່ງ «ຫົວໜ້າກວດກາກອງທະຫານຮາບ» ກໍຖືກອະທິບາຍແລ້ວ (ໝາຍຄວາມວ່າ ກົດເກນດຽວກັນນີ້ໃຫ້ນໍາໄປໃຊ້ໂດຍປັບໃຫ້ເໝາະສົມ)។
