उदकप्राप्तं पण्यमशुल्कमर्धशुल्कं वा कुर्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.०९ ॥

Transliteration

udakaprāptaṃ paṇyamaśulkamardhaśulkaṃ vā kuryāt

Translation

ສິນຄ້າທີ່ເສຍຫາຍເນື່ອງຈາກນ້ຳ ຫຼື ກູ້ຄືນມາຈາກນ້ຳ ຄວນໃຫ້ຍົກເວັ້ນຄ່າພາສີ/ຄ່າດ່ານ ຫຼື ເກັບພຽງແຕ່ເຄິ່ງໜຶ່ງເທົ່ານັ້ນ।
