पत्तनाध्यक्षनिबद्धं पण्यपत्तनचारित्रं नावध्यक्षः पालयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.०७ ॥
Transliteration
pattanādhyakṣanibaddhaṃ paṇyapattanacāritraṃ nāvadhyakṣaḥ pālayet
Translation
ຫົວໜ້າຄຸ້ມຄອງເຮືອ ຕ້ອງບັງຄັບໃຊ້ ແລະຮັກສາ ກົດລະບຽບການຄ້າຂອງທ່າເຮືອ ແລະຂະບວນປະເພນີປະຈຳທ່າເຮືອ ທີ່ຫົວໜ້າຄຸ້ມຄອງທ່າເຮືອໄດ້ບັນທຶກ/ຂຶ້ນທະບຽນໄວ້.
