Transliteration

parabhūmijaṃ paṇyam anugraheṇa āvāhayet

Translation

ລາວຄວນສົ່ງເສີມໃຫ້ມີການໄຫຼເຂົ້າ/ນຳເຂົ້າສິນຄ້າທີ່ມີຕົ້ນກຳເນີດຈາກຕ່າງປະເທດ ໂດຍມາດຕະການທີ່ເອື້ອອຳນວຍ.
