धूपं केसरनिर्यासं नैवेद्यं मधुसर्पिषी प्रीयतां मे विरूपाक्षस्त्वित्युच्चार्य च दक्षिणाम् विप्राय दद्यान्नैवेद्यं सहिरण्यं द्विजोत्तम

ಕೇಸರ-ನಿರ್ಯಾಸದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಧೂಪವನ್ನೂ, ಜೇನು ಮತ್ತು ತುಪ್ಪದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ನೈವೇದ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು. ‘ವಿರೂಪಾಕ್ಷನು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನನಾಗಲಿ’ ಎಂದು ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು; ಮತ್ತು ನೈವೇದ್ಯವನ್ನು ಚಿನ್ನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು, ಹೇ ದ್ವಿಜೋತ್ತಮ।
