Transliteration

kalmāṣapāda ityuktastataḥprabhṛti sa kṣitau | bhūpālo dvijaśārdūlā nā्mnā tena viśeṣataḥ

Translation

ಆ ಸಮಯದಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ರಾಜನು ‘ಕಲ್ಮಾಷಪಾದ’ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು, ಓ ದ್ವಿಜಶಾರ್ದೂಲರೇ! ಆ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಅವನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧನಾದನು.
