प्रणवमहिमा — The Greatness of the Praṇava (Om) as Śiva
ततः स्नात्वा यथा पूर्वं श्रपयित्वा चरुं ततः । पौरुषं सूक्तमारभ्य विरजान्तं हुनेद्बुधः
tataḥ snātvā yathā pūrvaṃ śrapayitvā caruṃ tataḥ | pauruṣaṃ sūktamārabhya virajāntaṃ hunedbudhaḥ
ನಂತರ ಪೂರ್ವೋಕ್ತ ವಿಧಿಯಂತೆ ಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಿ, ಚರುವನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಪಿಸಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿ, ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತ ಶಿವಭಕ್ತನು ಪೌರುಷ ಸೂಕ್ತದಿಂದ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ ವಿರಜಾಂತವರೆಗೆ ಅಗ್ನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಹುತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
