समुद्रंलङ्घयित्वातुमहानक्रसमाकुलम् ।लङ्कामारोहयिष्यामोहनिष्यामश्चतेरिपुम् ।।।।
samudraṃ laṅghayitvā tu mahānakrasamākulam | laṅkām ārohayiṣyāmo haniṣyāmaś ca te ripum ||
ಮಹಾ ಮಕರಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ದಾಟಿ ನಾವು ಲಂಕೆಗೆ ಏರಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುವನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವೆವು.
"If the vanara army can cross (the ocean) you are certain that we will conquer. Presume that the army has succeeded."
Dharma is duty-driven perseverance: obstacles do not cancel righteous responsibility; they define the field where it must be fulfilled.
The Vanara leadership motivates Rāma by framing the ocean-crossing as the direct path to confronting Rāvaṇa in Laṅkā.
Utsāha (energetic resolve): confidence directed toward a righteous objective.
