स वालिपुत्राभिहतो वक्त्राच्छोणितमुद्वमन्।असुरोऽभ्यपतद्भूमौ पर्यस्त इव पर्वतः।।।।
sa vāliputrābhihato vaktrāc choṇitam udvaman |
asuro 'bhyapatad bhūmau paryasta iva parvataḥ ||
ವಾಲಿಪುತ್ರನ ಹೊಡೆತದಿಂದ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಆ ಅಸುರನು ಬಾಯಿಂದ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಉಗುಳುತ್ತಾ, ಉರುಳಿಬಿದ್ದ ಪರ್ವತದಂತೆ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಕುಸಿದು ಬಿದ್ದನು.
