Transliteration

tatra tat-kopajaṃ tejaḥ kṛtaṃ haya-mukhaṃ mahat || 4.40.47 ||

asyāhus tan-mahā-vegam odanaṃ sa-carācaram |

Translation

ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೋಧಜನ್ಯವಾದ ಆ ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ತೇಜಸ್ಸು ಮಹಾ ಹಯಮುಖರೂಪವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿತು; ಅದರ ಅತಿಮಹಾವೇಗದಿಂದ ಚರಾಚರ ಸಕಲ ಜೀವಿಗಳೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರವಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
