तारोपदेशः
Tara’s Counsel to Vali on Sugriva’s Roar and Rama’s Alliance
नासहायमहं मन्ये सुग्रीवं तमिहागतम्।अवष्टब्धसहायश्च यमाश्रित्यैष गर्जति।।
nāsahāyam ahaṃ manye sugrīvaṃ tam ihāgatam |
avaṣṭabdha-sahāyaś ca yam āśrityaiṣa garjati || 4.15.13 ||
ಸುಗ್ರೀವನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ನಾನು ಭಾವಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಆಶ್ರಯದ ಸಹಾಯಕನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾನೆ—ಅವನ ಶರಣನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡೇ ಇವನು ಗರ್ಜಿಸಿ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾನೆ.
'Certainly Sugriva has not come here to give a war-cry without any external help. Theperson whose refuge he has sought is not a small one.
